Job summary

Kepak is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for our Clonee manufacturing facility in Co. Meath. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Maintenance Manager and focuses on keeping real-time production equipment up and running.

You'll repair high-speed machines, conveyors and packaging equipment, implement preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate maintenance records. Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum Level 6 qualification in Maintenance or Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Experience is desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Real time repair of machines and equipment to keep production up and running.
• Repair of industrial production equipment such as high-speed machines, conveyors and packaging machines.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programmes for all machines.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, parts inventory and equipment performance metrics.
• Assist with monitoring of all machinery and equipment within the plant.

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician role for our manufacturing facilite in Clonee, Co. Meath. This is a full time permanent position, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure real time repair of machines and equipment to get them back up and running within optimum time frame
• Repair of industrial production equipment such as high-speed machines, conveyors, packaging machines
• Assist Maintenance Manager with implementation of preventative maintenance programmes for all machines
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory and equipment performance metrics
• Assist with the continuous monitoring of all machinery and equipment within the plant
• Adhere to company safety policies at all times
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to optimize equipment performance and minizine production losses

Requirements

• A minimum level 6 qualification in Maintenance or Engineering in either Mechanical or Electrical.
• Experience is desirable
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, enthusiastic and hardworking
• IT literate and experience in automation is an advantage
• A team player with a collaborative mindset
