Job summary

Kepak Group, a leading food company, seeks a Maintenance Electrician for our Clonee, Co. Meath facility. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Key duties include real-time repair of production equipment, preventative maintenance, and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have a Level 6 qualification in Maintenance or Engineering, strong troubleshooting skills, and IT literacy; automation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum Level 6 qualification in Maintenance or Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, enthusiastic and hardworking.
• IT literacy and experience in automation is an advantage.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Real-time repair of machines and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Repair of industrial production equipment (high-speed machines, conveyors, packaging).
• Assist with preventative maintenance programmes for all machines.
• Keep records of maintenance activities, work orders, parts inventory and machine performance metrics.
• Support production teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce losses.
• Adhere to company safety policies at all times.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrician role for our manufacturing facilitate in Clonee, Co. Meath. This is a full time permanent position, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure real time repair of machines and equipment to get them back up and running within optimum time frame.
• Repair of industrial production equipment such as high-speed machines, conveyors, packaging machines.
• Assist Maintenance Manager with implementation of preventative maintenance programmes for all machines.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory and equipment performance metrics.
• Assist with the continuous monitoring of all machinery and equipment within the plant.
• Adhere to company safety policies at all times.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to optimize equipment performance and minizine production losses
