Avery Dennison Dublin is seeking a Machine Operator to follow production specifications, monitor controls, and tend machinery in a continuous operation. The role emphasizes safety and adherence to 5S standards within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years’ previous experience.
• Mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical aptitude, and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner.
• Motivated towards productivity improvements, safety, and quality awareness.

Job Description

The Machine Operator follows production and process specifications or instructions and monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, computer systems, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications. This individual tends manual, automatic, or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production operation and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
