Muckross Park Hotel & Spa in Killarney seeks an experienced M&E Supervisor to join our Meeting & Events team. You will lead and support the M&E staff in planning, setting up and delivering weddings, meetings and conferences to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional guest service.

We value organised, energetic hospitality professionals with a passion for events, strong leadership and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple events in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within hotels or events.
• Excellent guest care and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and smooth operation of weddings, meetings and events.
• Lead and supervise the M&E team during daily operations and events.
• Oversee weekly running of the M&E department and staffing rostering.
• Ensure function rooms are set up accurately per guest requirements.
• Train team members to deliver professional, warm and attentive service.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cash handling and security.
