DS HUB Engineering & Trading PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site M&E Supervisor to supervise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.

You will plan daily activities, coordinate with project teams, monitor progress, and enforce safety standards to support on-time project completion and handover of M&E systems. This on-site role requires proactive leadership, problem solving, and effective

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily work activities of supervisors, foremen, and workers to achieve project schedules and productivity targets.
• Ensure all M&E installations are carried out in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Main Contractors, Consultants, and other trades to resolve site issues and avoid clashes.
• Conduct site inspections to check workmanship quality and rectify defects or non-compliance works.
• Ensure proper usage, maintenance, and availability of tools, equipment, and materials for M&E works.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly work reports, and update management on site status.
• Enforce workplace safety, risk assessments, and toolbox meetings, ensuring all workers comply with safety procedures.
• Guide, train, and motivate supervisors and workers to improve skill level and work efficiency.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure smooth project completion.
• Coordinate inspections with relevant authorities and assist in obtaining approvals when required.
• Resolve site manpower issues, material shortages, and technical problems promptly to minimize delays.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at all times within the work areas.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management related to M&E site operations.
