HOU CHUN CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced MEP Site Supervisor in Dublin to oversee all site works, ensure compliance with project requirements, and coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors.

You will assist the project team with logistics, install method preparation, and as-fitted drawings in collaboration with consultants and clients. Proficiency in MS Office and CAD is preferred; a Building Services Engineering certificate is required, with at least five

• Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering is required.
• 5 years of relevant experience on MEP site works.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and monitor all site works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with main contractor, other trade contractors and subcontractors to resolve site conflicts and work procedures.
• Carry out inspections with consultants, clients and statutory representatives.
• Ensure site progress aligns with the master program and report progress issues to the project manager.

MEP Site Supervisor

Responsible for:

• Supervise and monitor all site works to ensure works are complied with the project requirements
• Liaise and coordinate with main contractor, other trade contractors and subcontractors to resolve site conflict and work procedure
• To carry out inspections with consultant, client and any statutory representative
• Ensure the site progress are met with the master program and to report to the project manager from time to time any site matter related to progress
• Assist the project team in logistic handling and stock keeping of the delivered material
• Preparation and production of the detail installation method and the as-fitted drawing
• Good computer Software Skill (MS Office, Adobe, CAD, etc)
• Good communication skill

Requirement:

• Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering
• 5years relevant experience on MEP site works
