Responsibilities

• Produce prime cost plans to cover all scope requirements.
• Estimate preliminary costs to execute projects.
• Respond to tender queries and submit competitive packages.
• Arrange enquiry documents from subcontractors to ensure accurate estimation.
• Drawing take-offs.
• Participate in design development for buildability and cost efficiency.
