Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants seeks an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality housing projects across the Greater Dublin area. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will coordinate M&E from design through installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring quality, programme and compliance standards are achieved.

Responsibilities include coordinating M&E installations, supporting site teams, liaising with design teams

Qualifications

• Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• 4+ years experience in a similar M&E coordination role.
• Residential construction experience advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality housing projects across the Greater Dublin area. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate M&E services from design through to installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring quality, programme, and compliance standards are achieved.
