You will interpret design specifications, update layouts, manage drawing revisions, and ensure documentation meets project standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve clashes and support BIM workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Strong CAD skills for M&E building services and coordinated layouts.
• Knowledge of mechanical and air conditioning systems and building services.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards with accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent experience will be considered.
• HSE knowledge and regulatory awareness is a plus.
