Key duties include maintaining an elegant counter presentation, advising customers on purchases, processing orders, and supporting in-store campaigns while building lasting client relationships to drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally watches or related luxury category.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong product knowledge of luxury watches or demonstrated ability to develop quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised shopping experience for watch clients.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Advise and assist customers in selecting timepieces, with knowledge of movements, materials, and heritage.
• Educate clients on watch features, craftsmanship, servicing, and care.
• Stay current on key watch brands, collections, and market trends.
• Drive sales and meet individual and store performance targets.
• Maintain a visually appealing, meticulously presented watch counter.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently; manage inventory and orders.
• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for the watch category and support marketing events.
