We are currently recruiting an experienced Luxury Watch Sales Consultant on behalf of our client, a leading luxury retailer, for their Limerick store.

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for fine watchmaking who can bring that expertise to life for discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised shopping experience for watch clients.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.

Sales and Product Expertise

• Advise and assist customers in selecting timepieces, demonstrating detailed knowledge of movements, complications, materials, and heritage.
• Educate clients on watch features, craftsmanship, servicing, and care.
• Stay current on key watch brands, collections, and market trends.
• Drive sales and meet individual and store performance targets.

Counter & Display Management

• Maintain a visually appealing, meticulously presented watch counter.
• Ensure all timepieces are displayed to the highest standard, reflecting a luxury positioning.

Administrative Duties

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels for watch collections.
• Handle customer orders, special requests, and follow-ups, including servicing and repairs.
