Zachary Daniels is seeking an inspirational General Store Manager to lead a large-format, multi-product store in Cork, spanning Fashion, Luxury, Cosmetics and Homeware. You will own commercial performance, develop a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Current experience as a Store Manager or Area Manager.
• Experience leading large teams within a high-volume retail environment.
• Background in Fashion, Luxury, Cosmetics, Homeware or multi-product retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of driving sales and KPIs.
• Excellent operational and organisational skills.

• Drive commercial performance by owning sales, KPIs, productivity and profitability.
