You will drive profitability, manage a team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have proven store management experience in fashion retail, strong leadership and visual merchandising skills, and the ability to meet KPIs while developing staff and brand

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Store Manager, Branch Manager, or Deputy Manager within retail.
• Proven sales leadership and a passion for customer service excellence.
• Strong experience in team management and staff development.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to take full P&L responsibility.
• Eye for detail and experience in visual merchandising.
• Confidence in recruitment & training, building high-performing teams.
