Job summary

O'Callaghan Collection in Dublin is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead day-to-day food and beverage services across our hotels, including dining rooms, bars, room service, and banquets.

You will manage budgets, monitor costs, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on quality and standards to maintain our service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service at management level.
• Diploma in Hospitality/Travel/Tourism.
• Excellent communication and people management.
• Strong customer care and complaint handling skills.
• Ability to deliver quality and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across dining areas, bars, room service, and banquets.
• Budget and manage costs to optimize profitability.
• Plan and develop menus with chefs and suppliers.
• Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff.
• Ensure guest satisfaction; address feedback and implement improvements.
• Ensure health, safety compliance and licensing.
