Job summary

European Investment Bank (EIB) seeks an Associate Hospitality Services Contract Manager to coordinate outsourced facilities management contracts from its Luxembourg headquarters. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective services across buildings, reporting to the Hospitality Services Unit and collaborating with CRE.

This is a full-time temporary assignment with a 4-year term. Relocation support is provided, and panel interviews are anticipated for Oct/Nov.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or similar).
• At least 3 years’ experience in facilities management with an emphasis on hospitality services.
• Experience in contract management based on performance/outcomes and outsourced services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor outsourced facilities management contracts (catering, cleaning, waste, reception, service desk).
• Monitor service contracts to ensure high quality, cost-effective delivery and value for money.
• Track KPIs, service desk activity, and provider performance; drive continuous improvement actions.
