L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor for our Blanchardstown store in Ireland. You will deliver premium customer experiences, share product knowledge, and embody the L’Oréal Luxe brand through personalised service and elevated merchandising.

You’ll stay ahead of makeup and skincare trends, advise on best-sellers, and build lasting relationships with clients both in-store and online to drive loyalty and sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service experience with premium, personalised care
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling to educate customers
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with luxurious service standards
• Stay on top of beauty trends to provide tailored recommendations
• Build client relationships in-store and online to foster loyalty
• Support events, promotions and brand activations with energy and professionalism
• Maintain counter hygiene, merchandising and administrative tasks
