Job summary

L’Oréal Luxe is recruiting a Luxe Assistant Store Manager in Dublin to lead and develop the store team, delivering a world-class luxury service and exceeding retail targets for the portfolio of brands in-store.

You will coach and develop teammates, monitor performance, and implement growth plans to ensure the store capitalizes on brand activations and product launches. Join a dynamic team driving premium experiences and sustained business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering luxury service in a premium retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and coach store teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with store/dept managers.

Responsibilities

• Support to deliver a world class luxury service experience through coaching and feedback to the team.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, delivering luxurious customer experiences.
• Demonstrate product expertise and storytelling, driving brand activations and omni-channel experiences.
• Drive retail performance by executing plans to achieve and exceed KPIs and annual events calendar.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to maintain a high-performance team.
• Maintain brand VM standards, hygiene, and counter presentation; complete admin tasks using Tamigo/One Retail.
