Qualifications

You build authentic relationships and make customers feel comfortable while discussing beauty routines.
You stay on top of makeup and skincare trends and can translate them into personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities

Deliver the One Luxe Experience with premium, personalized service for every customer.
Demonstrate product knowledge, tell brand stories, and tailor advice to customer needs.
Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with luxurious service and merchandising standards.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and trends to provide expert recommendations.
Complete training and administrative tasks (Tamigo/One Retail) to ensure smooth operations and counter standards.
Promote in-store events and brand activations to engage customers.
Foster client relationships both in-store and via digital channels to drive loyalty.
Drive sales targets and contribute to counter performance through proactive engagement.
