Job summary

Park Hotel Kenmare, part of Relais & Châteaux, seeks a Spa Butler to support the Spa & Wellness Department. You will ensure treatment areas are prepared, hygienic, and welcoming for guest appointments, maintaining five-star standards and a calm spa environment.

The role focuses on cleanliness, preparation of hydrotherapy treatments, and assisting therapists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all spa areas.
• Clean, sanitise, and reset treatment rooms, hydrotherapy facilities, baths, changing areas, and relaxation spaces.
• Prepare and clean specialised bathing treatments including seaweed baths and mineral baths.
• Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, furnishings and spa equipment meet five-star luxury standards.
• Assist Spa Therapists and Spa Management with operational setup and daily tasks.
