Job summary

Red D Recruitment is seeking a Night Manager for a luxury hotel in Kildare. In this hands-on overnight role, you will welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and ensure smooth operations through the night.

As the senior on site, you’ll lead the overnight team, carry out safety checks, maintain presentation standards, and provide clear handovers to the morning management team. Salary is €40,000 with a Wednesday to Sunday working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience as Night Manager, Night Supervisor or Duty Manager.
• Guest-focused with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable with hotel systems and overnight administration.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel overnight.
• Welcome guests arriving at the hotel and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Maintain safety and security checks throughout the property.
• Provide a clear handover to the morning management team.
