The SpitJack at Browns Brasserie inside Brown Thomas Cork is seeking passionate servers for part-time shifts from 09:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Immediate start available for customer-focused hospitality professionals ready to deliver exceptional service in a luxury setting.

Starting hourly pay is €14.15+, with paid holidays, staff discounts, meals, and opportunities for career growth within our luxury restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality.

• Experience in a busy restaurant is a plus; full training provided.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and manage tables efficiently.
• Deliver service in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for during their visit.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain standards and service flow.
