Tigers Childcare is seeking an Early Years Educator for lunch cover at Belgard Square, Dublin 24. This part-time role (20 hours) offers a competitive hourly salary of €16.00 to €17.14, depending on qualifications and experience.

You will lead your room, support curriculum delivery, and ensure a caring, safe environment for children. We value dedicated, organised individuals who are committed to high standards, inclusion, and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Must have Fetac Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Experience in a childcare role preferred.
• Passion for working with children, reliability, empathy and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality, early years care and education in your room and lead your team.
• Plan curriculum and learning experiences aligned with Aistear and Siolta and maintain compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team to support children's development and wellbeing.
