Job summary

Tigers Childcare in Trim, Co. Meath is hiring a part-time Early Years Educator to deliver high-quality care and education for 30 hours per week (9am-3pm). The role offers a competitive hourly rate of €16.00 to €17.14, with a values-driven culture and opportunities for CPD.

Qualifications

• Fetac Level 5 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Experience in a childcare role (preferred).
• Passion for working with children, reliability, empathy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality early years care and education, supporting your room and team.
• Ensure curriculum planning aligns with Aistear and Siolta, maintaining compliance and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, helping them support children’s development and wellbeing.
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care within your room and across the centre.
