Tigers Childcare is seeking an Early Years Educator for Leopardstown to join our team on a 20-hour part-time basis.

In this role, you will lead your room, deliver high-quality care and education to young children, and ensure plans align with early years frameworks like Aistear and Siolta. We value reliability, empathy, and a passion for developing bright futures in a supportive, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Must have Fetac Level 5 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Experience in a childcare role (preferred).
• Passion for working with children, reliability, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Experience applying Aistear and Siolta in practice.
• Interest in continued growth within a values-driven childcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality early years care and education in Leopardstown, leading your room and team.
• Ensure curriculum planning aligns with Aistear and Siolta, maintaining standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team in support of children's development.
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, inclusion, safety, and care across the centre.
