Job summary
Harper Finley Professional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Energy Engineer to support the development and delivery of district heating projects in Ireland. Reporting to the CEO, you will assess potential sites and buildings, coordinate technical design work and engage with customers and project stakeholders across timelines.

Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in energy, building services or renewable heating.
- GIS experience, ideally ArcGIS.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel in Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Assess technical and commercial viability of potential projects.
- Manage project mapping and customer information using GIS.
- Design energy centres, heat networks and building connections.
- Coordinate external consultants and stakeholders.
- Develop customer relationships and understand heating requirements.
- Lead grant applications with team and external partners.
- Prepare technical reports and proposals.
- Monitor progress and report against development targets.
- Support business strategy and policy discussions.
