Panda Waste in Ireland's Donegal depot is hiring a dedicated HGV Class 2 Driver to join our expanding waste management team. You will operate Class 2 vehicles, perform daily checks, and help ensure safe, efficient collections and deliveries across our routes.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of €17.82, daily bonuses, a subsistence allowance, 20 days of annual leave, a €500 Christmas bonus, and full uniform plus training and development opportunities for career growth.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HGV Class 2 Driver to join Panda Waste, Ireland's largest waste management business and a proud member of the Beauparc Group. We're a team committed to environmental excellence, and we're looking for reliable professionals to join our team at the Donegal depot (F92 H2AH).

• HGV Class 2 Driver: Full-time role driving a range of Class 2 vehicles, including skip, RoRo, and bin lorries.

In these roles, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring safe and efficient collections and deliveries. You'll contribute directly to our mission of creating a cleaner, greener future.

• Competitive Pay: hourly rate of €17.82
• Daily Bonuses: Receive a €15 attendance bonus and a €5 completion bonus per day.

Work-Life Balance & Schedule

• Working Hours: This is a stable, full-time position on a Monday to Friday schedule. Occasional Saturday work may be required.
• Start Times: The start time varies by role:
  • HGV Class 2 Driver: Early start at 5 am.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Effectively manage your route to complete assigned collections and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate electronic and written records.
• Communicate effectively with your team to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
• A clean and valid Category C licence.
• A current Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC qualification.
• You must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to safety.
• Good knowledge of the local Donegal area and a strong sense of direction.
