Job summary

College Group are currently recruiting a Lorry Driver to join our team in Co. Meath, Ireland. The role involves delivering and collecting goods professionally, adhering to schedules and ensuring vehicle readiness.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of heavy vehicle driving experience, a clean HGV licence with CPC, and strong interpersonal skills to maintain good customer relationships while working under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience driving a Heavy Goods Vehicle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Must hold full clean HGV Driving Licence /CPC Card.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all collections/ deliveries are made in a professional and timely manner.
• To resolve issues/queries effectively and to escape to relevant departments where necessary.
• To establish good working relationships with customers.
• Follow route and time schedule.
• Responsible for daily vehicle condition checks.
• Be 100% compliant with Health & Safety, road safety and Environmental Regulations
