Job summary

Doyle Shipping Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to plan routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries, book deliveries, liaise with customers and manage supplier contracts.

You will allocate resources on the transport planning system, ensure stock accuracy, oversee ship discharge operations at Dublin Port and maintain TASCC‑compliant records. English B2 and Spanish B2 are required; minimum 1 year experience; 39 hours per week; €37,000 gross annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or transport planning.
• No formal qualification required.
• English and Spanish language at B2 level (required for English; Spanish also indicated).

• Manage cargo deliveries and dispatch using weighbridge software.
• Create ship discharge performance reports for management.
• Maintain TASCC accreditation records.

Job Description

• Plan routes and load scheduling for multi‑drop deliveries.
• Book in deliveries and liaise with customers.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Allocate and record resources and movements on the transport planning system.
• Ensure all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Package, label and ship orders.
• Ensure all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules, maintaining a minimum accuracy rate of 99%.
• Control bulk animal feed logistics and daily operation of the warehouses within Dublin Port estate, including planning ship discharge and cargo movements based on available space and customers’ requirements.
• Control cargo deliveries and dispatch to and from customers using company weighbridge software and IT equipment.
• Create ship discharge performance reports and statistics for higher management reviews.
• Maintain all necessary standards and records required by TASCC accreditation.

Languages: English B2 required / Spanish B2 required.

Minimum gross annual remuneration: €37,000.
