Job summary

DSV in Dublin is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Control Tower Team, delivering high-quality operational support to customers. You will coordinate shipments across air, road, ocean, and specialist movements, and work with a team to ensure customer needs are met.

The role requires previous transport logistics experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication, and analytical skills. This is a Monday–Friday on-site position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within Transport Logistics - essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Team player who enjoys working on your own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Understand our customers’ needs and deliver a high-quality service every time.
• Coordinate shipments from booking through to delivery across air, road, ocean, and specialist shipments (including high-value and secure movements).
• Track shipment progress and provide clear, timely updates and reporting.
• Manage any issues or delays, finding practical solutions to keep shipments moving smoothly.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and positive team.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create effective partnerships.
