Job summary

Google Dublin, Ireland is seeking an Early career Logistics and Systems Support Program Manager to lead complex SAP-focused projects from initiation to close. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Logistics, and IT, plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and keep stakeholders informed across time zones.

You will work within the Geo Data Operations Logistics team to support SAP activations, drive design, testing, and cutover readiness, and maintain RAID

• 1 year of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in full-lifecycle SAP deployment (S/4HANA or ECC 6.0 migration) as a project manager, lead analyst, or stream lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery using the SAP activate methodology across all phases by managing project schedules, WBS, resource planning, and driving action items to completion.
• Partner with ASCII, Finance, and Logistics leads to facilitate requirement workshops, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and oversee design, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover readiness.
• Maintain the RAID log, evaluate scope change requests, elevate critical blockers to leadership, and support OCM initiatives including end-user training, documentation, and UAT.
• Align daily deliverables with external consultants and System Integrator (SI) teams while providing concise status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to project sponsors.
