Job summary

Google Ireland Ltd in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Program Manager to lead SAP-focused, cross-functional delivery across global teams. You will drive end-to-end projects using SAP Activate, coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and IT stakeholders, manage schedules, risks, and RAID logs, and ensure on-time delivery across offices and time zones.

• Solid working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Understanding of standard SAP project phases and delivery frameworks (e.g., Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery using the SAP Activate methodology across all phases by managing project schedules, WBS, resource planning, and driving action items to completion.
• Partner with ASCII, Finance, and Logistics leads to facilitate requirement workshops, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and oversee design, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover readiness.
• Maintain the RAID log, evaluate scope change requests, elevate blockers to leadership, and support OCM initiatives including end-user training, documentation, and UAT.
• Align daily deliverables with external consultants and System Integrator (SI) teams while providing concise status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to project sponsors.
