Job summary

Nixon McQuade LLP in Dublin seeks a solicitor to handle a broad range of litigation matters, with emphasis on Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Probate. You will take on responsibility from day one and work within a supportive team.

The successful candidate will have 5+ PQE, experience in PI and Medical Negligence, ability to manage own caseload, and strong drafting and client relationship skills. Hybrid working includes one day from home with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Exposure to Probate work.
• Ability to manage own caseload.

You will work on a broad range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Probate.

You will be given a high level of responsibility from the outset, with the autonomy to run files independently while working alongside an experienced and supportive litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to broaden their experience, develop their practice and take the next step in their career within a firm that actively promotes internal progression.

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 5+ PQE
• Experience managing Personal Injury and Medical Negligence matters
• Exposure to contentious Probate work;
• The ability to manage their own caseload;
• A strong understanding of litigation practice and procedure;
• Excellent drafting, organisational and time management skills;
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities;
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and support staff;
