Job summary

GLOBAL FEEDER SHIPPING PTE. LTD. in Ireland is seeking an entry-level logistics professional to manage assigned liner services, ensuring schedule reliability and cost control.

You will work with POL/POD, DF and operations teams, support capacity planning, report weekly performance, and maintain accurate shipping records. Training is provided, no prior experience required, and strong communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a shipping-related field.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Understanding of feeder shipping operations and container logistics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage POL agent relationships to facilitate bookings and vessel utilization.
• Analyze capacity and forecast to support schedules with operations.
• Prepare weekly service performance reports and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with POL, POD, DF, and Operations on ongoing service operations.
• Ensure accurate shipping documentation and record keeping.
• Monitor and follow up on invoicing discrepancies with overseas offices.
• Gather customer feedback and participate in improvement meetings.
