Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland, Longford Forest, is seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie for Huck's American Bar and Grill. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

You’ll work a full-time schedule with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over 4 weeks, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. The role offers progression, staff benefits, and a supportive team environment.

We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Huck's American Bar and Grill team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
• Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
• Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
