Job summary

Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for our gastro pub. You will oversee daily food preparation to our standards and guide a dedicated kitchen team in a dynamic resort setting.

You will mentor junior colleagues, act as deputy to the Assistant Kitchen Manager when needed, and help control costs through accurate stock, portion control and waste reduction while delivering great guest experiences.

• Previous kitchen experience in a similar position.
• Naturally cheerful, patient and friendly.
• Professional, approachable and calm under pressure.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hoursover a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
