Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie for Cara's Kitchen and Bar at Longford Forest. You will oversee daily prep, mentor juniors and support management to drive efficiency while maintaining high standards of dishes and presentation.

The role requires a hands-on, engaging leader with strong communication and cost-control focus, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and a Sunday premium. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate.

Join our Cara's Kitchen and Bar team as a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. You'll lead and develop junior staff, maintain standards and support management in driving efficiency.

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth

• Full-time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
