As part of our on-going growth, we are now looking to expand our team and have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Lifting Supervisor / Crane Coordinator. The role will require travel nationwide. The Lifting Supervisor / Crane Coordinator will manage, plan, and supervise all lifting operations across multiple projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor, Crane Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of heavy cranes, mobile cranes, tower cranes, and lifting accessories.
- Recognised lifting certification (e.g., CPCS, CSCS, NPORS, appointed person training an advantage).
- Thorough knowledge of LOLER, PUWER, and EU lifting regulations.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple lifts simultaneously on complex projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting activities across the project.
- Develop lift plans (standard and complex) in collaboration with Appointed Persons.
- Ensure cranes, lifting accessories, and equipment are selected, inspected, and operated correctly.
- Provide direct supervision of crane operators, riggers, slingers, and banksmen.
- Carry out tool-box talks and task briefings for lifting teams.
- Monitor lifting activities to ensure compliance with LOLER, manufacturer guidelines, and internal procedures.
- Ensure all lifting operations adhere to strict H&S standards.
- Stop unsafe work and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations related to lifting operations.
- Review RAMS for all lifting and cranage operations as required.
- Liaise with project management, client reps, structural teams, and subcontractors.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide accurate reporting as required.
