Job summary

The Gleneagle Group invites applications for part-time Qualified Lifeguards (Level 2 RLSS) to oversee the 25m pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and gym at Gleneagle Leisure in Killarney.

You will promote safety, follow health procedures, and work midweek and weekend shifts, liaising with members and maintaining pool hygiene. Closing date: 7 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Lifeguard Certificate – RLSS or equivalent and in date.
• Prior experience in this area is essential.
• Swim Teacher qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Report to appropriate departmental management as required.
• Maintain high standards of supervision while performing lifeguard duties.
• Uphold high standards of pool cleanliness and hygiene.
