Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Lifeguard to oversee pool safety and ensure members enjoy a premium wellness experience. The role requires maintaining Health and Safety standards, carrying out pool tests, and keeping documentation up to date.

You will work as part of a team in a dynamic club environment. The successful candidate will hold an NPLQ qualification, be passionate about health and fitness, and possess strong communication and team skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poolside safety and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
• Conduct routine pool tests and maintain documentation per guidelines.
• Ensure the pool areas are compliant and safe at all times.
• Support members and provide a positive experience in the club environment.

With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools at David Lloyd Clubs, our Lifeguards play a vital role in always overseeing the poolside safety as well as being on hand to ensure our members are having a great experience.

You will ensure the pool areas are compliant on all Health and Safety requirements, conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines and ensuring that documentation is maintained accurately at all times.
