Job summary

Zoom Video Communications is seeking an energetic email marketing leader to own the full lifecycle for Workvivo by Zoom, the AI-native employee experience platform. You will set the strategy to move prospects from first interaction to qualified sales conversations, building campaigns and nurture programs that drive pipeline.

You will work closely with regional demand generation, SDRs, revenue operations, and product marketing, with a measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning email and nurture in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on marketing automation experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Ability to build and ship email independently: templates, lists, workflows.
• Strong judgement on deliverability, segmentation, list hygiene, and testing.
• Experience running paid lead sources such as content syndication.
• Experience working across multiple regions and languages and collaborating with sales.
• Ability to present performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders using data.

Responsibilities

• Own the global email programme end to end, including nurture, product and content sends, event follow-up, database re-engagement, and win-back campaigns
• Build and send all campaign emails: construct templates, shape copy, define and segment audiences, configure workflows, and ship to deadlines without hand-off
• Design, launch, and maintain all nurture programmes covering inbound follow-up, content and event follow-up, stalled lead re-engagement, and SDR nurture in partnership with regional SDR managers
• Define and maintain the lifecycle stage model from first touch through to sales accepted opportunity, working with revenue operations to keep every region aligned to one definition
• Own audience selection, send governance, contact frequency, and overlap management across regional and global sends to protect deliverability and sender reputation
• Lead the content syndication channel: set offer and asset strategy, define lead acceptance criteria, own the nurture behind every syndication programme, and hold the channel to a pipeline conversion standard
• Grow the marketable database by region and in local language, including Spanish (LATAM), Portuguese (Brazil), and other priority markets per Workvivo’s localisation framework, and report performance in revenue terms across conversion by stage, velocity, and cost per qualified opportunity
