Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Creative Technologist to act as a hands-on designer-builder within Workplace Solutions.

You will create reusable standards, templates, and production practices powering end-to-end participant lifecycle across email, in-portal messaging, education journeys, and microsites. You will translate complex equity compensation and financial concepts into clear, engaging experiences, improving time-to-market and quality through accessible design, QA discipline, and responsible

Qualifications

• Hybrid design + build experience across lifecycle communications, digital comms, UX, or marketing technology.
• Strong capability in email design and production, including HTML/CSS for email and patterns.
• Experience operating a communications delivery platform (campaign build, send, QA, approvals, reporting).
• Familiarity with component-based design approaches and modular systems and bridging design to implementation.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive, user-centered lifecycle journeys.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain reusable lifecycle standards, templates, and modular systems.
• Build and evolve templates/assets reusable across campaigns, messaging, education, and microsite experiences.
• Implement QA practices and production protocols to reduce defects and delivery risk.
• Design lifecycle journeys spanning communications, education, and lead generation.
• Translate equity compensation concepts into intuitive user journeys and content structures.
• Ensure accessibility, brand consistency, and cross-channel scalability.
