Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Creative Technologist to join Workplace Solutions. You will be a hands-on designer-builder creating reusable standards, templates, and production practices powering email and digital lifecycle communications across channels.

You will translate complex financial concepts into clear experiences, improve time-to-market through accessible design, QA discipline, and experimentation, partnering with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven hybrid design+build experience across lifecycle communications, digital campaigns or marketing tech.
• Strong email design and production skills with practical HTML/CSS for responsive templates.
• Experience operating communications delivery platforms with modular design approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain reusable standards, templates, and production practices for lifecycle communications.
• Design and prototype lifecycle journeys spanning emails, in-portal messaging, education journeys and microsites.
• Own build, QA, and release workflows for lifecycle touchpoints in approved platforms.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align design intent with implementation constraints.
