Job summary

Ecolab in Mullingar, Ireland, invites applicants for a 12‑month Territory Manager in Training programme. Starting Oct 1, 2026, you will receive classroom, on‑the‑job training, shadowing and coaching to become a trusted technical advisor for customers in life sciences settings.

The role offers structured field activities, exposure to customer operations and opportunities to progress into a sales career within a global leader in cleanliness, hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Completed technical / scientific education.
• Interest in technical, sales or service roles.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Ability to solve problems and think creatively.
• Comfortable adapting to new situations and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own an established customer territory and act as a trusted partner.
• Provide guidance on cleaning, disinfection and contamination control programs.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular service visits.
• Gain hands‑on experience with equipment and solutions used in daily operations.
• Support installation, maintenance and safe use of equipment.
• Train and support customer teams to use Ecolab solutions confidently.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Services and Customer Service.
• Contribute to brand growth in the local market.
