Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Ireland to drive transformation across laboratory, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain processes within Life Sciences. You will implement modern digital solutions, build client relationships, and contribute to business development within the Life Sciences Consulting practice.

You will work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical-device clients, shaping future-state operating models and system capabilities, while collaborating with solution

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences operations, laboratory informatics, quality operations, business process transformation, technology consulting, or a related field.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or other regulated environments.
• Experience conducting business process analysis and gathering requirements from operational stakeholders.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, SOPs, work instructions, or functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build stakeholder relationships with client and EY teams.
• Support proposal development and market growth initiatives.
• Develop EY methodologies, accelerators, and Life Sciences transformation offerings.
• Develop thought leadership and market insights for laboratory, quality, and digital transformation.
• Participate in practice-building activities and grow EY's Supply Chain & Operations team.
• Assess processes through interviews, workshops, and data reviews.
• Partner with laboratory SMEs, quality teams, and manufacturing ops to standardise processes.
• Translate requirements into data, configuration, reporting, and integration requirements.
• Support deployment readiness, end-user training, and adoption efforts.
• Contribute to analytics and AI use cases to improve efficiency and compliance.
