Job summary
EY Ireland is seeking a Life Sciences Manager to lead commercial strategy and market access engagements within the Life Sciences practice. You will work across pharmaceutical, biotech and MedTech clients, delivering high-impact insights and strategies while mentoring colleagues and contributing to EY’s growth in Life Sciences.
The role combines hybrid working with client-facing responsibilities, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to affordability and delivery challenges in health
Qualifications
- 3+ years in management consulting and/or pharma/biotech/medtech environments
- Track record in Commercial Strategy; Pricing, Reimbursement & Market Access; Digital Therapeutics; Real World Evidence; New Product Planning
- Client-facing role experience with workshops and strategic recommendations
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-client engagements across the Life Sciences value chain
- Develop and mentor junior team members within Life Sciences team
- Support resource allocation and project delivery for EY clients
- Contribute to thought leadership and practice development
