Job summary

IT Search is partnering with a leading consulting organisation to appoint an experienced Programme Implementation Lead to deliver strategic transformation programmes for a portfolio of global clients.

You will lead complex programme implementations, work with senior stakeholders, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams in fast-paced, client-facing environments. If you have a strong track record of leading complex implementations, a confidential conversation can be arranged.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale programme and implementation delivery.
• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain experience.
• Experience with Veeva CRM or Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Background in Digital, CRM, or Customer Transformation programmes.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
• Vendor, client and executive stakeholder management.
