• Understanding of project management and processes like Validation, Manufacturing and Quality Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers derive maximum value from company products.
• Develop and maintain training materials (customer-specific and generic).
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for technology and customer applications.
• Identify business process improvements to enhance product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales on account strategy and opportunities in existing accounts.
