Job summary

Eurofins Ireland is seeking a Compliance Specialist on a full-time maternity cover (39 hours/week) to operate within the client environment, uphold quality standards and manage change controls, nonconformances, and documentation.

You will interpret analytical data, drive process improvements, and present technical data to clients and regulators while ensuring SOP alignment and seamless communication across Eurofins sites.

Qualifications

• Science or data-analytics degree at a third-level institution.
• Experience in regulated environments with GMP exposure preferred.
• Change-control workflows experience and quality documentation handling.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for change controls/nonconformances and oversee shelf-life extensions, NPIs, terminations, equipment introductions and spec updates.
• Interpret analytical data with scientific rigour and deliver high-quality results with onsite colleagues.
• Drive process improvements and communicate optimisation opportunities to PSS Management.
• Present technical data to customers and stakeholders and support interactions with regulators.
• Collaborate across teams/sites, maintain SOP alignment and ensure clear client communication.
• Review and approve documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and proper filing.
