Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Ireland is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to perform routine and non-routine analytical testing on pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products. You will ensure records compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards, participate in root cause analyses, and support continuous improvement projects.

The role requires adherence to GMP guidelines and thorough documentation; weekend rota, overtime, and on-call availability are expected as part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete test records on time, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for quality and service improvement; contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards; ensure all activities are documented and traceable.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and prepare Exception reports.
• Gain proficiency in assigned tests/areas of testing; maintain training records.
• Provide training to colleagues in techniques/tests where competency is proven.
• Provide cover for colleagues as required.
• Participate in weekend rota, overtime, and On-Call/Call-out schedules.
