Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a quality control tester to perform GMP‑compliant testing of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products at our site in Ireland. You will execute routine and non‑routine analyses, maintain accurate records, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 1 year of GMP finished product testing experience, strong attention to detail, and good knowledge of HPLC, with excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality control testing of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with predefined quality and safety standards.
• Perform routine and non-routine analysis with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete test records on time, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for quality and service improvement; contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Adhere to GMP guidelines and internal quality standards; ensure all activities are documented and traceable.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis and prepare Exception reports.
• Gain proficiency in assigned tests/areas of testing; maintain training records.
• Provide training to colleagues in techniques/tests where competency is proven.
• Provide cover for colleagues as required.
• Participate in weekend rota, overtime, and On-Call/Call-out schedules.
